I had to keep chasing them just to get my exchange sorted, which was ridiculous. It took way longer than it should have and made the whole experience frustrating

i like the vibe of the site and the colors definitely stand out. some of the pages felt a little crowded to me though. it’s not a bad experience, i just think it would be easier to use if things were cleaned up a bit.

I did eventually get my refund, but the whole return experience was a pain. It took days to get a response, and when I finally heard back, the instructions weren’t very clear. I also felt like I kept getting sent around in circles with support instead of getting a straight answer. In the end it worked out, but it was more stress than it was worth.

I thought it was gonna be better, but yeah... kinda ended up disappointed

I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from bigbottombehavior.com. I reached out about an issue with my order, and the reply I got was super short and didn’t really answer my question at all.

I tried following up and then basically just sat there waiting with no real update. Compared to other stores I’ve ordered from, where customer support is usually faster and actually tries to help, this felt really careless. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I’ve washed it plenty of times already — because I definitely don’t baby my clothes, and there’s been no weird stretching, loose seams, or anything annoying like that. It feels sturdy but still really comfy, which is kind of the ideal combo. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered from bigbottombehavior.com and the shipping was okay, not awful or anything, but defintely not super fast either. It took a few more days than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated at first which was a little annoying. The package did get here in good shape though, so no real problem there. Just wish it had moved a bit quicker. I’d give it 3 stars...

I wasn’t too sure about the sizing when I ordered, but it ended up fitting really good. It’s super comfy too, not tight in any weird spots, and I can wear it for the whole day without issue. Happy with the order overall.

They have some really cute stuff, but i got annoyed fast because the bigger sizes were barely available. For a brand that talks about being size inclusive, I expected way more options.

i mean, the emails I got from them were confusing and came off a little rude. I asked what I thought was a simple question, but the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers that didn’t really help. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

So every time I check, the things I actually want seem to be out of stock. It’s frustrating because I keep hoping they’ll be available, but no luck so far.

I’m annoyed with my order from bigbottombehavior.com. As soon as I took it out of the package, the material felt cheap and the stitching was already looking sloppy. Then after just one wash, it completely started losing its shape. Like, for what I paid, I really expected something way better than this. Definitely not ordering again...

I ordered from Big Bottom Behavior, and I’ll admit I was mostly going off the photos when I picked the color, so maybe I had it built up in my head a bit. On the site it looked brighter, but when it arrived, it was definitely duller in person. It’s not a huge deal and I’m still going to use it because the quality seems fine, but I do wish the pictures were a little more accurate so I knew exactly what I was getting.

The prices seemed okay at first, and I don’t feel like I got ripped off or anything. I just keep thinking maybe I expected a little more for what I paid. It’s fine if it’s something you really want, but for me, I’m not sure the value was quite there.

I know people get picky about sizing, but the size chart was actually accurate for me. I was a little unsure when I ordered, but it fit how I expected and I didn’t have to deal with an exchange or anything. Say what you want, but it’s nice when the sizing is actually true.

The material feels alright, like i said, it’s soft enough and comfortable at first. But like i said, after a few wears it starts to feel kinda thin, so I wouldn’t call it amazing.

I ordered three things from bigbottombehavior.com, only one of them seemed to be what I actually picked. One item was the wrong size, and another was a color that wasn’t really close to what I thought I ordered.

I went back and checked my email receipt just to make sure I hadn’t accidentally chosen the wrong options, but it looked clear to me. As far as I can tell, the mistake wasn’t on my end.

Customer support did reply, but it felt kind of slow, and they just asked me to send photos. I get that they probably need proof, but I was hoping this would be a lot simpler since I really just wanted the right items sent to me

Maybe it’s just me, but I found the refund process frustrating. The site itself isn’t the worst, and I did get my money back eventually, but I had to follow up more than once and it took longer than they originally said. I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was flimsy and already half-crushed, and everything inside was sliding around like they barely bothered with padding. It felt rushed and cheap, which is annoying because you expect at least basic care when something gets shipped. And now it feels like the goalposts keep moving, first I’m just hoping the product is good, then I’m hoping it survived the trip, then I’m wondering if this is just how they pack everything. Maybe the item itself is fine, but the way it arrived really put me off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging
